Leadership In Action

Leadership in Action is a three day course that provides you with the opportunity to practise leadership skills in a safe environment. It is action-based with a minimal amount of theoretical input. During the course you undertake 6 different activities in teams of 6 with each participant having the opportunity to lead. The course culminates in an activity that invites you to take your leadership beyond the three days and drive forward an initiative.
